2. Service Descriptions
Our company provides a comprehensive range of premium auto repair services including, but not limited to:

- General repairs for all vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.).
- Scheduled maintenance and preventative services.
- Specialist services for luxury and high-performance vehicles.

3. Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or other agreed communication method. We kindly request that you arrive punctually for your scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices for services will be quoted in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable Austrian VAT, unless otherwise stated. A detailed estimate will be provided before any repair work commences. Any additional work requested or required during the repair process will be subject to your prior approval. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service and before the vehicle is released. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and bank transfers.
5. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we use. Our services come with a warranty period, the specifics of which will be communicated at the time of service, generally covering parts and labor for a defined period or mileage. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, subsequent repair by other parties, or normal wear and tear.
6. Vehicle Care and Responsibility
While your vehicle is in our care, we will exercise all reasonable precautions to ensure its safety and security. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. Please ensure all valuables are removed prior to dropping off your vehicle. Any existing damage to the vehicle should be reported and documented upon drop-off.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the cost of the services provided. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profit, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
